HOW DO WE OPERATE?
Once you make a purchase, it is approved by the Supervision Department, and then the delivery process takes place.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY PURCHASE?
We accept payments through Paypal and credit/debit cards VISA and MasterCard.
We do not accept payments via bank transfer or cash.
WHEN WILL MY PURCHASE BE DELIVERED?
Currently, the average delivery time for an order in Havana is only 48 hours.
Buying and having your family receive the order in 2 days at their home in Cuba is only possible at Shalom.
Our commitment is to deliver orders within a period of 3 to 5 business days in the capital, but our distribution team makes it possible for purchases to be delivered IN RECORD TIME.
In the provinces, delivery times can extend up to 15 business days.
HOW WILL MY RECIPIENT RECEIVE THE PURCHASE?
Your purchase can be received ALL at once or in PARTIAL DELIVERIES, depending on the products you bought.
HOW CAN I KNOW THE STATUS OF MY PURCHASE?
On our site, through the option My Account-My Orders. Additionally, you will receive an email informing you of each step your purchase goes through.
