SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
Shipping
CINTRA LOGIST S.L.U. ships physical products to different territories depending on the operational and logistical availability at any given time.
Specific shipping details (delivery times, costs, and availability) are shown to the user during the checkout process.
Delivery timeframes (estimated)
Delivery timeframes are indicative and, in general, range between 2 and 5 business days from order confirmation.
These timeframes may be affected by logistical or operational factors, or by force majeure events beyond the company’s control, such as local holidays, carrier incidents, or exceptional circumstances.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically before checkout, based on the destination, order weight, order volume, and the selected shipping method.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal, except in legally excluded cases.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
Returns are not accepted for:
- Food and perishable products
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
- Products that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons
- Personalized products, where applicable
Return procedure
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must:
- Request the return by emailing pasarela@cintralogist.com
- Provide the order number and the reason for the return
- Wait for confirmation and the corresponding instructions
Refunds
- The refund will be issued using the same payment method used by the customer
- Within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the returned product
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the event of an error or defect attributable to CINTRA LOGIST S.L.U.
